How do I connect my WhatsApp number?
Create a bot and scan a QR code with the WhatsApp account you want to use. It works with your existing business number — no need to switch or tell customers anything.
Will customers know they're talking to a bot?
The bot replies in your tone and language, so conversations feel natural. It answers only from the knowledge you give it, and hands off to you when a human is really needed.
What happens when the bot can't answer?
It recognizes complex requests and hands them to you with all the details it already collected, so you can step in and close quickly.
Can the bot book appointments and take orders?
