These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BotLink ("BotLink", "we", "us"), the WhatsApp AI assistant platform available at bot-link.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BotLink lets businesses connect a WhatsApp number to an AI assistant that answers customer messages, captures leads, schedules appointments, and manages orders and property listings. Features and plans may change over time.
Important. BotLink connects to WhatsApp using WhatsApp's Linked Devices / multi-device session on your number. It is not Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API / Business API product, and BotLink is not a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider reseller.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are responsible for the content your bot sends and for complying with all applicable laws, including messaging, privacy, and consumer-protection rules.
You are the business that your end customers message. You must have a lawful basis to process their data and must give them appropriate notice that an AI assistant may reply on WhatsApp, that conversations may be stored in BotLink, and that processors (including AI providers) may process message content to generate replies. BotLink processes conversation data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service relies on third parties, including WhatsApp / Meta, OpenAI (for AI replies, voice transcription, and optional voice replies), Google (for optional Google Calendar sync), hosting, email, and payment providers. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms. If you connect Google Calendar, our use of Google data is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you connect a CRM or webhook (for example via BotLink Connect or a manually registered webhook), BotLink will send the event types you enable — such as new leads, messages, bookings, or handoffs — to the destination you configure. You control that connection and are responsible for how that third party handles the data.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant BotLink a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. On account closure we stop operating your bots; we delete or anonymize account and conversation data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, billing, or security reasons.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate; you are responsible for reviewing and overseeing your bot's behavior. The Service is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice — for specialist matters the bot should hand off to a human.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BotLink and its operators from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content your bot sends; (c) your end customers' claims relating to messaging or privacy; (d) your violation of these Terms or of WhatsApp / Meta policies; or (e) WhatsApp number bans, restrictions, or session loss related to your account or configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business (including losses from WhatsApp bans or downtime). Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others, to WhatsApp / Meta, or to the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above (and the consent version recorded at signup for new accounts). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
